Restored hydroplane prepares to take to the water for first time since Donald Campbell's crash

The boat was recovered from Coniston Water in the Lake District by Bill Smith (pictured top right) who spent the next 17 years restoring it. The boat will appear today at Rothesey, Isle of Bute, in Scotland.
